Sunday - Thursday nights $115.00 per night
Friday - Saturday nights $135.00 per night
THE VERANDA ROOM
Sunday - Thursday nights $99.00 per night
Friday - Saturday $115.00 per night
THE RIVERVIEW ROOM
Sunday - Thursday nights $95.00 per night
Friday - Saturday nights $110.00 per night
THE GAZEBO SUITE
Sunday - Thursday nights $125.00 per night
Friday - Saturday nights $145.00 per night
*Rates are based on double occupancy per room. Additional person will require $50.00 extra per night.
WHOLE HOUSE RATES
All 4 suites may be rented for $500.00 per night on weekends and $425.00 per night for mid-week. Additional charges apply for weddings to be held on the grounds along with a refundable security deposit.
HOLIDAY AND SEASONAL RATES
Rates for special holidays and events may vary and are subject to change. You will be notified before your rooms are booked.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation requires14 days notice. (28 days for holiday seasons or for a whole house cancellation for weddings) Should the room or rooms be cancelled inside of these prescribed times, the guest is responsible for the cost of the room or rooms for the duration of the reservation. If necessary, this charge will be applied to the credit card on file. You may re-
schedule your stay for another time availability permitting.
PET POLICY
We can no longer allow pets for any reason. We can recommend local boarding facilities.
INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY
We delight in serving our guest a wonderful breakfast. As well as breakfast, there are refreshments available throughout the day. We also offer afternoon tea or wine and cheese in the evenings, depending our your schedule.
WEEKEND PACKAGES
Special weekend packages can be arranged including gourmet dinners, winery tours, champagne
and flowers. A 7 day notice may be required for these packages, with other services available.
Check-in is after 2:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00. Please notifiy us of your approximate arrival time. Special arrangements may be made for early check-in or late check-out. Just speak with your host.
